BioMed Realty tasked Make West with designing, fabricating, and installing a new suite of exterior signage for Flatiron Park, a 1-million-square-foot, 24-building campus in Boulder, home to innovative life science tenants.

Our goal was to create an elevated, contemporary signage family that helps tenants and visitors navigate a complex campus while allowing tenant information to be easily updated. Large-scale monuments, wall-mounted directories, and signature address signs were designed to complement the campus' varied architecture. Strong project management was key to executing a complex replacement program on a tight timeline.
