Chief Innovation Officer
Dexter brings a decade of experience in the signage industry to the Make West team, pairing deep technical expertise with a passion for emerging technologies, including advanced materials, 3D printing, and automation. He champions the industry through advocacy and leadership—earning recognition as a 2019 International Sign Association Elite member, serving as a Director of the Colorado Sign Association, and contributing amicus briefs on signage matters before the Supreme Court.
Chief of Print Production
Tory began working in professional photo labs in high school. With over 45 years of imaging experience spanning from traditional photo labs to every iteration of digital imaging, Tory has the expertise to make your images spectacular and colors spot-on.
Business Development and Sales Manager
After a decade in the art industry, Libby joins the Make West team with with a unique blend of business acumen and creative insight, fueled by a passion for the dynamic built environment. As Business Development and Sales Manager, she connects clients, designers, and partners to turn inspired ideas into beautifully executed spaces.
Experiential Design Director
Amanda is a multi-disciplinary designer with a background in landscape and interior architecture, as well as experiential graphic design and engineering. WIth an eye for the details, while also keeping the big picture in focus, Amanda is an expert in translating brand stories to physical spaces. Amanda serves as Co-chair for the Denver chapter of the Society for Experiential Graphic Design (SEGD).
Senior Experiential Designer
Aaron approaches complex design projects with curiosity and care, guiding ideas from early concepts to finished work. From placemaking and wayfinding to print and web, he designs across mediums and scales with intention. With a background in project management and writing, Aaron brings both structure and storytelling to the Make West team.

Marc is a seasoned builder with decades of experience in the sign fabrication and custom furnishings industries. Whether it's millworking, metal-working or anything in between, Marc knows how to craft it.

Matt loves brainstorming solutions, gaining new insights with every one-off fabrication challenge. With 8 years in a DIGI-FAB shop, he's mastered both traditional and modern techniques that complement his industrial design background. The crazier the project, the better, Matt's here for it.

With a background in interior design installation, George brings nearly a decade of hands-on experience to Make West. He is passionate about projects that transform spaces through thoughtful details and design.

Eric’s printing career began in high school with letterpress and film techniques, long before the digital era took hold. Now with over 30 years of experience, he brings both technical mastery and a love for the craft to Make West’s print team.
Shop Technician, Finisher
Jeremy has been painting since 2012, exploring everything from large-scale projects to traditional realist oils and watercolors. He loves a challenging, technical paint project, especially a high-gloss finish. His versatility and dedication to his craft ensures that every piece he finishes meets a high standard of craftsmanship.
Customer Service
With over three decades of experience as an educator, Paula is the primary customer interface for the print department at Make West. She ensures clear communication between the client and the production team and helps clients understand the processes behind the products.
Technical Lead of ADA Signage
John's background in computer science and years of experience in the signage manufacturing industry have made him an expert in ADA signage. He uses his creative problem-solving skills to achieve efficiency and clarity in projects big and small. His proficiency with the machines here at Make West and his Adobe plug-in development skills have allowed him to create tools that support designers and production team members across the shop.
Print Production Manager
Nate’s education in graphic design and masters certification in custom framing, his history in warehouse and production management, and his years of experience in digital printing have ideally suited him to sit in a position between the imagination of design and the realities of digital printing.
